The winery's portfolio centers on Nerello Mascalese, the indigenous red variety that thrives on Sicily's slopes, alongside white expressions in Chardonnay. Contrada Guardiola, a Nerello Mascalese, and Contrada Sciaranuova represent the winery's red-wine focus, while Contrada PC Passochianche showcases the potential of the region's white varieties. These wines have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff. The volcanic character of the terrain imparts distinctive mineral and savory notes typical of the appellation, shaping wines of structure and precision.
