The Prestige de Paul Gobillard Brut, a blend of all three varieties, represents the winery's core expression and has been assessed by Decanter and Wine Spectator. The Millésimé Brut, also built from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, offers a vintage-dated perspective on the house's winemaking. Both wines reflect the discipline of traditional champagne production.
