Pelaquie
Pelaquie operates in the Southern Rhône, where Mediterranean warmth and mistral winds shape distinctive white and rosé wines. The winery's Lirac Blanc blends Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Marsanne—a combination that captures the region's mineral character and aromatic intensity. The Côtes du Rhône Villages 'Laudun' Blanc, built from Bourboulenc, Roussanne, Clairette, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc, shows the complexity possible within the broader appellation. A Tavel rosé, made from Grenache and Cinsault, rounds the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate. The Southern Rhône's warm, dry climate and limestone-rich soils lend these expressions their characteristic body and depth—whites with substance, rosé with structure.
