Pierre Lété produces Champagne from the region's classic grape varieties. The house releases a Brut Champagne built from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir—a blend that balances the mineral precision of chalk-derived soils with the structure and fruit weight these varieties bring to sparkling wine. A Rosé Brut follows a similar varietal composition, drawing color and tannin from Pinot Noir while maintaining the freshness Champagne demands. Both wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.
