Pitzner produces wines from Trentino-Alto Adige, the alpine region of northern Italy where cool nights and mineral-rich soils shape crisp, structured whites and elegant reds. The winery's Foulard Cuvée Bianco—a blend of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Blanc—demonstrates the region's capacity for complexity in white wine, while the Finell Pinot Grigio showcases the varietal's bright acidity and stone-fruit character.
