Proprieta Sperino produces wines from Piemonte in Northern Italy, drawing on the region's noble grape varieties. The winery's Lessona, built from Nebbiolo, and Bramaterra, a blend of Vespolina and Nebbiolo, represent the traditional expressions of these northern Italian terroirs. Both have been assessed by Decanter and Wine Enthusiast. The winery also makes L Franc Bandit Vino da Tavola, a Cabernet Franc that departs from regional convention. Nebbiolo, the signature grape of Piemonte, demands cool sites and yields wines of structure and aging potential. Vespolina and Cabernet Franc each bring their own textural and aromatic signatures to the portfolio. Proprieta Sperino's range spans the classical and the experimental within the Piemontese framework.
