Prović
Prović produces wines from Croatia's Dalmatian Coast, a region shaped by Mediterranean sun and limestone soils. The winery works with local and regional varieties: Posip Bijeli, a white grape native to Dalmatia known for mineral precision and structure; Zlatarica Vrgorska, another regional cultivar; and Chardonnay, which the winery treats with extended lees contact. The Naron Chardonnay Sur Lie, aged on its lees, achieves depth and complexity. The Tiberius Posip expresses the characteristic salinity and tension of its varietal. The Livija Zlatarica rounds the portfolio, showcasing a lesser-known indigenous grape. Decanter has rated these wines, recognizing their technical merit.
