Quinta dos Murças sits in the Douro, the steep-terraced heart of Portugal's Port country. The winery works with the region's classic varieties—Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, and others—to craft fortified wines of depth and structure. The Late Bottled Vintage Port, built from Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesa, and Touriga Nacional, shows the complexity these grapes achieve in the region's schist soils and continental climate. A dry Tinto, made from Touriga Francesa and Touriga Nacional, demonstrates the winery's range beyond fortification. The Single Quinta Vintage Port—a blend of Souzao, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional—represents the traditional expression of the quinta's fruit.
