Régine Baron produces champagne in the classic tradition of the region, working with the three principal varieties—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—that define the appellation. The house releases three principal cuvées. Cuvée Topaze Brut Millesimé, a vintage expression built on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, represents the upper tier of the portfolio. Cuvée Saphir Brut, a multi-vintage blend incorporating all three varieties, offers the house's core expression. Cuvée Perle Rosé Brut, also built from the full trio of grapes, rounds out the range. Wine Enthusiast has rated these releases, with Topaze Brut Millesimé earning particular recognition. The wines reflect Champagne's cool-climate precision and the interplay between the region's chalk soils and its cool growing season.
