The winery's flagship Canova Barbaresco, a Nebbiolo-based wine from one of the region's most prestigious appellations, demonstrates the grape's signature structure and complexity. A reserve expression, the Serie Oro Riserva Canova Barbaresco, extends that profile with additional aging and concentration. The Vigna Canova Dolcetto d'Alba rounds the portfolio with the lighter-bodied, fruit-forward character typical of Dolcetto, Piemonte's everyday red.
