Rippa Dorii operates in Ribera del Duero, the prestigious red wine region of Castilla y León in Spain's interior plateau. The winery produces wines anchored in regional varieties: Tempranillo, the backbone of Ribera del Duero's structured, age-worthy reds, and Verdejo, the crisp white varietal more commonly associated with nearby Rueda.
