Riva dei Frati produces Prosecco from Veneto's Valdobbiadene region, where the Glera grape thrives on steep hillsides and chalky soils. The winery's portfolio centers on three expressions of this northern Italian classic: the Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry, a concentrated and mineral-driven rendition from the region's most prestigious subzone; the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut, a dry and structured interpretation; and the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry, which balances residual sweetness with acidity. Prosecco from this terroir is known for its delicate stone fruit character, floral notes, and fine carbonation. Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Falstaff, and Wine Advocate have all assessed the winery's releases.
