Rive della Chiesa produces Prosecco from Veneto, the northeastern Italian region that defines the category. The winery works with Glera, the sole grape variety permitted in Prosecco production, across three distinct expressions. The Prosecco Montello e Colli Asolani Extra Dry draws from one of the region's most prestigious subzones, known for its mineral-driven terroir. Two additional releases—a Treviso Brut Rosé and a Treviso Extra Dry—showcase the versatility of the varietal across different production styles and sweetness levels. Wine Spectator has rated the portfolio. Prosecco's hallmark brightness and fine carbonation reflect both the cool Veneto climate and the traditional méthode champenoise fermentation that characterizes quality examples from the region.
