Rocco operates in Veneto, the northeastern Italian region that has become synonymous with sparkling wine production. The winery focuses on two expressions: a Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco built from Glera, the traditional grape of the region's most celebrated appellation, and a Spumante Rosé crafted from Pinot Noir.
