Roger Pouillon & Fils produces Champagne from the region's premier and grand cru sites. The house works with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier—the classic trio of the appellation—crafting wines that reflect their terroir. Les Valnons Brut Nature, a Grand Cru from Aÿ, blends all three varieties and represents the winery's approach to minimal intervention. The Solera Extra Brut and Les Terres Froides Extra Brut, both Premier Cru expressions, showcase the precision possible in drier styles: one a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend, the other pure Chardonnay.
