Rouvalis produces wines from Peloponnesos, Greece's largest wine region, where Mediterranean climate and diverse terroir support both indigenous and international varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship wines: Tsigello, a Mavrodafni that expresses the dark, structured character of this Peloponnesian grape; Asprolithi, a Cabernet Sauvignon; and Assyrtiko, the mineral-driven white native to Greece. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator and Decanter, reflecting the winery's engagement with international critical standards.
