Santa Monica produces wines from Chile's Central Valley, a region defined by warm days, cool nights, and diverse soil types that shape distinctive fruit expression. The winery's Carménère–Cabernet Sauvignon blend draws on two grapes central to Chilean viticulture: Cabernet Sauvignon's structure and Carménère's dark spice and texture. The blend has been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Falstaff. A Selección Especial Carménère rounds out the portfolio, showcasing the varietal's signature character.
