Santi operates in Verona, the heart of Veneto's most celebrated wine territories. The winery draws from two of northern Italy's signature expressions: Prosecco and Valpolicella. Its Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry, made from Glera, captures the aromatic lift and crisp minerality the region is known for. The Caleselle Valpolicella—a blend of Rondinella, Corvinone, and Corvina—shows the bright cherry and spice character typical of the appellation's lighter reds. At the opposite end of the spectrum sits the Santico Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, where Rondinella and Corvina are dried to concentrate their depth and power, yielding the rich, structured wine Amarone demands. Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Falstaff have all assessed the portfolio.
