Sauska produces wines from Hungary that have drawn attention from Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Wine Advocate. The winery's portfolio spans both dry reds and the country's celebrated sweet wines. Cuvée 7 Siklós, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, represents the red side of the range. On the Tokaji front, Sauska makes Tokaji Aszú Essencia from Furmint—a wine of concentrated sweetness and complexity—alongside Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos, which blends Furmint with Hárslevelű. Both Tokaji expressions embody the region's tradition of botrytis-affected wines, where noble rot concentrates sugars and flavors into dense, age-worthy bottles.
