Schamari Mühle

Schamari Mühle works the Rheingau core sites — Geisenheimer Kläuserweg, Johannisberger Hölle, Assmannshäuser Höllenberg — across Riesling at every Prädikat level plus Spätburgunder. The portfolio runs thirty-one cuvées, from dry Trocken Rieslings to Auslese and into Sekt Extra Brut and rosé from Höllenberg Pinot Noir. Falstaff has rated the Geisenheim Rieslings in the low 90s across the 2011 and 2012 vintages. The estate sits at the Rheingau QbA tier, so pricing is village-level rather than VDP Grosse Lage.
