Sierra Norte
Sierra Norte operates in Utiel-Requena, the inland region of Valencia known for its continental climate and mineral-rich soils. The winery works with varieties native to the area—Bobal, Macabeo, Xarel-lo—alongside international grapes like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Pasión Cuvée Ecológico Cava Brut Nature, a blend of Macabeo, Chardonnay, and Xarel-lo, demonstrates the region's sparkling wine potential. Heraclio Macabeo-Sauvignon Blanc marries local and imported character in a white blend, while Temperamento Bobal showcases the dark-skinned variety that defines much of Utiel-Requena's red production. The wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast.
