Silice Viticultores works with the distinctive grapes of Galicia, Spain's northwestern wine region. The winery's portfolio centers on Mencía, a dark-skinned variety native to the area, often blended with regional partners like Trousseau and Garnacha Tintorera. Finca Lobeiras, a Mencía-Trousseau blend, represents the winery's highest-rated expression, followed by Xabrega Tinto, which pairs Mencía with Garnacha Tintorera.
