Sirch

Sirch works the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC in northeast Italy, with a portfolio built on native grapes — Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Refosco, Schioppettino, and Pignolo alongside the international Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. The whites lead, from the copper-hued Pinot Grigio Ramato to the Cladrecis Bianco. Six critics cover the range, four of them prestige sources, with scores clustering in the high 80s to low 90s. Twenty wines span white, red, and sparkling, so the estate reads as a regional generalist rather than a single-cuvée name.
