Sodaro produces Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, the heart of California's North Coast wine country. The winery's portfolio centers on this classic varietal, with the Doti-Sodaro Blocks 2 And 6 Cabernet Sauvignon and Estate Cabernet Sauvignon as flagship expressions. A rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon rounds out the range, offering a lighter interpretation of the same grape. Napa Valley's volcanic soils, moderate climate, and diurnal temperature swings create conditions favoring Cabernet's full ripeness and structure.
