Solar de Urbezo draws from Cariñena, a historic wine region in Aragón where continental climate and ancient soils shape wines of depth and structure. The winery works primarily with indigenous and Mediterranean varieties—Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Syrah—each expressing the terroir's mineral character and intensity. Dance del Mar, a Tempranillo-Merlot blend, demonstrates the region's capacity for balanced, age-worthy reds. The Cariñena-Syrah pairs the region's namesake grape with Syrah to create a wine of dark fruit and savory complexity.
