Spaetrot Gebeshuber works with two indigenous Austrian white varieties in Niederösterreich's Weinland region: Zierfandler and Rotgipfler. These grapes thrive in the region's continental climate and mineral-rich soils, producing wines of aromatic intensity and structural precision. The winery's Lage Modler Zierfandler, a single-vineyard expression, demonstrates the variety's capacity for complexity and aging potential. Alongside it, two Rotgipfler bottlings—Lage Laim and Vom Muschelkalk—showcase the grape's characteristic spice, body, and mineral definition.
