Starve Dog Lane produces wines from Clare Valley, one of South Australia's most distinctive cool-climate regions within the Mount Lofty Ranges. The winery's Shiraz captures the region's signature character—structured and mineral-driven, with the intensity that Clare Valley's elevation and diurnal temperature swings impart to Syrah. A Cabernet Sauvignon rounds out the red portfolio, while a Chardonnay–Pinot Noir blend reflects the region's capacity for elegant, food-friendly whites and sparkling styles.
