Tawse
Tawse produces wines from Ontario's Niagara Peninsula, a region shaped by the moderating influence of Lake Ontario and defined by its mineral-rich soils. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship expressions: Quarry Road Vineyard Rosé from Pinot Noir, Limestone Ridge Riesling, and Growers Blend Cabernet Franc. Each has earned a prestige rating of 92 points. Riesling thrives in Niagara's cool climate, developing the aromatic complexity and acidity the variety is known for. Cabernet Franc, too, finds expression in these conditions—leaner, more herbaceous than warmer regions produce. The Pinot Noir rosé reflects the grape's delicate character.
