Tenute Sella

Tenute Sella produces wines from Piemonte in Northern Italy, drawing on the region's alpine terroir and indigenous grape varieties. The winery focuses on Nebbiolo-based expressions from two historic appellations: Lessona and Bramaterra. Omaggio a Quintino Sella Lessona, a blend of Nebbiolo and Vespolina, represents the winery's work in the former zone, while I Porfidi Bramaterra layers Nebbiolo with Croatina and Vespolina for a more complex structure. San Sebastiano allo Zoppo Lessona offers another Nebbiolo-Vespolina interpretation. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Falstaff, and Decanter. Piemonte's cool climate and mineral soils shape wines of precision and age-worthiness, characteristics evident in the winery's portfolio of structured, food-friendly reds.
