Tiberini operates in Montepulciano, the heart of Tuscany's Vino Nobile territory. The winery's portfolio centers on Sangiovese—here called Prugnolo Gentile—the region's defining red grape, alongside traditional blending varieties like Canaiolo Nero. The Vigneto Fossatone Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva and Podere le Caggiole Rosso showcase the structured, earthy character typical of these hillside vineyards. Tiberini also produces Occhio di Pernice Vin Santo di Montepulciano, a fortified wine made from Trebbiano that represents a centuries-old Tuscan tradition.
