Tosalet

Tosalet produces wines from Priorat, the steep-terraced region of Catalunya known for concentrated, mineral-driven reds. The winery works with Carignan and Garnacha—varieties that thrive in Priorat's schist soils and demanding altitude. Carignan Vinyes Velles, made from old-vine Carignan, represents the winery's focus on single-varietal expression from mature plantings. Montsant, a blend of Cariñena and Garnacha, and Vinyes Velles, combining Carignan with Grenache, round out the core range. Wine Enthusiast has rated these releases. The wines reflect Priorat's signature character: dark fruit intensity, structural grip, and the mineral spine that defines the region's most serious producers.
