Tsantali operates in Chalkidiki, Macedonia's coastal wine region, where Mediterranean influence and continental conditions shape distinctive red wines. The winery works with indigenous Greek varieties—Limnio, Xinomavro, Krassato, and Stavroto—alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, blending regional tradition with international structure. Metoxi X Chromitsa Red, a Limnio and Cabernet Sauvignon blend, represents the winery's top expression, followed by Agioritiko Abaton Gold Selection, also built on Limnio and Cabernet Sauvignon. Rapsani Grande Reserve draws on the classic Rapsani blend of Krassato, Xinomavro, and Stavroto—varieties prized for their ability to age and develop complexity. These wines have been assessed by Falstaff, Wine Advocate, Decanter, and Wine Enthusiast, reflecting their standing among serious wine critics.
