Tsililis produces wines from Meteora, the dramatic limestone plateau in Thessalia's Trikala region. The winery works with indigenous Greek varieties suited to the area's altitude and cool nights: Limniona and Assyrtiko form the backbone of its portfolio, joined by Xinomavro for its rosé expression. The Theopetra Limiona—a Syrah-based blend—and Theopetra Malagouzia, which pairs Malagouzia with Assyrtiko, represent the winery's core offerings. Both have drawn assessment from Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. The Theopetra Xinomavro Rosé rounds out the range. These wines reflect the mineral character and structural precision typical of high-altitude viticulture in central Greece, where volcanic soils and cool conditions favor crisp whites and elegant reds.
