Tzora Vineyards

Tzora Vineyards operates in the Judean Hills, Israel's elevated wine region where cool mountain air moderates the Mediterranean climate. The winery produces wines across several varietals, anchored by three flagship expressions. Or, a Gewürztraminer, displays the aromatic intensity and textural richness the variety is known for. Shoresh blends Petit Verdot, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon—a composition that marries the structure of Bordeaux grapes with the dark fruit and spice of Syrah. Neve Ilan Blanc, crafted from Chardonnay, reflects the limestone-rich soils and diurnal temperature swings characteristic of the Judean Hills.
