Uby

Uby produces white wines from Côtes de Gascogne, a region in southwest France known for crisp, food-friendly expressions of local varieties. The winery works with Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, and Colombard—grapes that thrive in Gascony's maritime-influenced climate and yield wines of mineral precision and aromatic clarity. No. 24 Côtes de Gascogne, built on Gros Manseng, and the Colombard-Sauvignon blend No. 3 represent the winery's core range, both rated by Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast. A blend of Petit and Gros Manseng rounds out the portfolio. These are wines of restraint and balance, reflecting the terroir of one of France's most underrated white-wine regions.
