The winery's portfolio centers on the region's classic red varieties—Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc—blended in proportions that reflect both terroir and tradition. Château Mondesir, a Bergerac blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, anchors the range. Alongside it sit Excel Desvignes, a Bordeaux red built from the same trio of grapes, and Château les Vergnes Bordeaux Rosé, a dry expression of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
