Vaccaro produces wines from Terre Siciliane in Southern Italy, drawing on the region's sun-drenched terroir and indigenous varieties. The winery's portfolio centers on Sicily's classic white grapes: Grillo, Catarratto, and Zibibbo. Luna Grillo presents the bright, mineral character typical of the variety, while the Catarratto – Zibibbo blend marries the crisp structure of Catarratto with Zibibbo's honeyed depth. Luna Rosato, made from Nero d'Avola, captures the dark cherry and spice notes the variety expresses across the island.
