Vale do Armo produces wines from Alentejo, Portugal's warm southern region known for ripe, structured reds. Vila Jardim Escolha, a blend of Merlot, Shiraz/Syrah, and Aragonez, stands as the flagship, rated 91 by Wine Enthusiast. The Vale do Armo Reserva, built from Shiraz/Syrah and Aragonez, follows at 90. Both wines reflect Alentejo's character: dark fruit, weight, and the mineral grip of the region's schist soils. Vila Jardim Tinto, a four-grape blend anchored by Trincadeira and Aragonez, rounds the portfolio at 87.
