Valentin Leflaive produces Champagne from the region's two principal varieties. The Blanc de Blancs CV 18 30 Extra Brut, made entirely from Chardonnay, expresses the mineral precision and acidity that define the chalk-based terroirs of Champagne. The Champagne Rosé offerings—BA 17 80 Brut and BA 14 70 Brut—blend Chardonnay with Pinot Noir to create wines of structure and depth. The BA 17 80, dominated by Pinot Noir, shows the darker fruit and body that the variety brings to the region's sparkling wines. These cuvées have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate, reflecting the winery's engagement with prestige critical evaluation.
