Carla Reserva Brut, a traditional-method sparkler of Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Macabeo, reflects the classical composition of Penedès cava production, while Col·lecció Pinot Noir Brut demonstrates the region's capacity for cool-climate red sparkling wines.
