Valmiñor

Valmiñor operates in Rías Baixas, Galicia's maritime wine region, where Atlantic influence and granite soils shape white wines of mineral precision. The winery works with indigenous varieties—Albariño, Loureiro, Caiño Blanco, and Treixadura—that thrive in this cool, humid microclimate. Davila M-100, a blend of Caiño Blanco, Loureiro, and Albariño, anchors the portfolio and has drawn assessment from Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate. Davila O Rosal, a field blend of Albariño, Loureiro, and Treixadura, reflects the traditional mixed plantings still found in Rías Baixas. A pure Albariño expression rounds out the core range. These wines embody the region's signature profile: bright acidity, saline undertones, and the floral and stone-fruit character that Galician whites are prized for.
