The Special Club Rosé Champagne Grand Cru 'Chouilly' demonstrates the precision possible when Pinot Noir from this terroir is handled with restraint—structured, mineral, and dry. The Grand Bouquet Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne Grand Cru 'Chouilly' showcases the chalky minerality and citrus tension that define Chardonnay-based Champagne from the region's finest sites. A Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut rounds out the portfolio, offering similar character at a broader price point.
