The winery focuses on Fitou, a rustic appellation within Languedoc that specializes in Grenache and Syrah-based blends. Le Belvédère Fitou, the winery's flagship, marries Grenache's ripe fruit and spice with Syrah's structure and depth. Domaine du Moulas Fitou reverses the blend, leading with Syrah's dark berry character and peppery notes before Grenache's warmth rounds the palate. Both wines have drawn assessment from Wine Spectator and Decanter.
