Vindemio sits in Ventoux, the Southern Rhône's limestone plateau where altitude and mistral winds shape wines of clarity and structure. The winery works with the region's classical varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsaut, and the white grapes Clairette and Grenache Blanc. Ignis, a white blend of Clairette and Grenache Blanc, shows the mineral precision Ventoux terroir can deliver. Terra pairs Cinsaut with Syrah and Grenache in a red that captures the Southern Rhône's warm-climate fruit with textural balance. Caeli, built from Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah, rounds out the portfolio with deeper structure.
