Vinificate operates in Cádiz, Andalucía, where Atlantic winds and chalky soils shape distinctive white and sparkling wines. The winery draws on Palomino, the region's signature grape, in two flagship expressions: Mahara Albur Blanco, a still white wine, and Amorro Espumoso, a sparkling iteration of the same variety. A rosado version, Amorro Espumoso Rosado, introduces Tintilla de Rota, a local red grape rarely seen outside the region.
