Vitivinos operates in Manchuela, a region within Castilla known for its continental climate and distinctive indigenous varieties. The winery focuses on two grapes central to the area's identity: Bobal, a dark-skinned varietal with natural structure and depth, and Verdejo, a white known for its mineral character and acidity. The Azua line represents the winery's core offerings. The Azua Roble Bobal and Azua Verdejo have each earned an 85-point average from prestige critics including Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate. A reserve expression of Bobal, the Azua Reserva, rounds out the portfolio at 84 points. These wines reflect the terroir and grape character of Manchuela, where Bobal in particular has emerged as a serious alternative to more widely planted Spanish reds.
