Vollereaux
Vollereaux produces Champagne from the region's classic grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. The house releases three principal cuvées. Rimbaud Brut Champagne, a blend of all three varieties, has received assessment from Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter. Cuvée Marguerite pairs Chardonnay with Pinot Noir, while Champagne Golden Blanc Brut returns to the full trio. Each wine reflects the chalky soils and cool climate of Champagne, where the interplay of these grapes—Chardonnay's minerality and acidity, Pinot Noir's structure and depth, Pinot Meunier's softness—defines the region's sparkling character. Vollereaux's releases demonstrate the traditional architecture of Champagne winemaking.
