Weingut Heid produces wines from Württemberg, Germany's underappreciated red wine region. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship expressions: Fellbacher Lämmler Lemberger GG, a Lemberger that captures the region's signature dark-fruit intensity; Stettener Pulvermächer Riesling GG, a dry Riesling from steep vineyard sites; and Fellbacher Goldberg Pinot Noir Trocken, a structured interpretation of Pinot Noir. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Falstaff, and Decanter. Württemberg's continental climate and slate-rich soils produce wines with mineral precision and aging potential—qualities evident across Heid's range. The GG designation (Großes Gewächs) signals vineyard classification and dry-wine production under strict German quality standards.
