Weingut Leo Schwab works the steep slate slopes of the Mosel, where Riesling thrives in one of Germany's most demanding terroirs. The winery's portfolio centers on the region's classic expressions: dry Spätlese wines with mineral precision and noble late-harvest selections that capture the valley's cool-climate intensity. The Graacher Himmelreich and Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese Trocken demonstrate the dry style's architecture—structured, elegant, built on acidity and stone. The Bernkastel-Kueser Weisenstein Riesling Beerenauslese represents the opposite pole: concentrated, sweet, a product of botrytis and selective harvesting.
