Riesling Brut, a méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine, demonstrates the region's capacity for precision and complexity in bottle-fermented form. Limit Haardter Herzog Grauburgunder Trocken, a dry Pinot Gris from the Herzog vineyard site, reflects the mineral character and ripeness typical of Pfalz terroir.
